Do you offer virtual and in person services?
All styling services are available virtually (via Google Meet) Australia-wide and internationally. Many clients love the flexibility of virtual styling, and you’ll still receive digital lookbooks, style reports, and ongoing chat support.
In person sessions are not currently offered, though if you would prefer an in person session in either Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast please email me and to check availability and pricing.
How far in advance should I book?
For bridal styling, please ensure you are booking your session at least 9-12 months prior to your wedding.
For sessions that are time specific (i.e. event styling), book 3–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date. Bridal, event and personal shopping sessions often fill quickly in advance.
For all other consults, 1–2 weeks in advance is typically sufficient.
Can I reschedule if something comes up?
Yes — you’re able to reschedule once without penalty, provided more than 72 hours’ notice is given. Any additional reschedules or changes within 72 hours will incur a 20% rebooking fee.
What happens if I’m running late?
Your session will continue from the time your appointment is scheduled and will not go over time. Unfortunately, I can’t start early or extend sessions due to back-to-back bookings, so please be punctual.
Do I need to prepare anything before my styling session?
Yes — you’ll receive a booking confirmation with a questionnaire to help me understand your goals, lifestyle, preferences, sizing, and aesthetic. For wardrobe sessions, please have your items accessible and ready to review. If it is easy, please position your camera or laptop in front of your wardrobe.
What is included in virtual styling?
Virtual sessions include a Google Meet consultation, digital moodboard, style recommendations or shopping links. Everything is delivered within 48 hours in a sleek, branded format for your reference.
What if I don’t like the clothing recommended?
All recommendations are curated to your style, lifestyle and budget based on your intake form and consultation. If something doesn’t suit you, I’ll offer alternate suggestions where possible within the scope of the session.
Do you guarantee in-store or online availability?
Unfortunately, I can’t guarantee that items will remain available or in-stock — particularly for fast-moving fashion or sales. However, I will always do my best to find similar alternatives quickly if required.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the personalised nature of the service, refunds are not issued once a session has commenced or if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the scheduled booking.
