OVERVIEW

Victoria Ellison is a digital-first, service-based business. We do not sell or ship any physical products.

All products and services are delivered in digital format only or provided via scheduled online sessions.

By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge and agree to the delivery terms outlined below.

NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING

We do not offer:

  • Physical shipping
  • Printed materials
  • Mailed products
  • Courier or postal delivery

There are no shipping fees because there is nothing physically shipped.

DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY

Digital products (including guides, downloads, programs, and resources) are delivered via:

  • Instant download after purchase, and/or
  • A download link sent to your email, and/or
  • Access granted via an online platform or portal

DELIVERY TIMING

  • Most digital products are delivered immediately after successful payment.
  • In some cases, delivery may take up to 15 minutes due to payment processing or system delays.

If you do not receive your product:

  • Check your spam or promotions folder first.
  • Then contact us at hello@victoriaellison.com with your order number.

SERVICE DELIVERY (APPOINTMENTS, CONSULTATIONS, STYLING SERVICES ETC.)

Services are delivered:

  • Virtually (online), or
  • In person; or
  • Via scheduled sessions, or
  • Via digital communication and tools, depending on the service purchased.

After purchase:

  • You will receive instructions on how to book, access, or attend your session.
  • It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address and follow the booking or access instructions.

ACCESS RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for:

  • Entering the correct email address at checkout
  • Ensuring you can access the email, files, or platform used to deliver the product or service
  • Downloading and saving your files promptly

We are not responsible for:

  • Files lost after delivery
  • Incorrect email addresses entered at checkout
  • Inability to access files due to your device, software, or technical setup

TECHNICAL ISSUES

If you experience a genuine technical issue such as:

  • A broken or corrupted file
  • A download that does not work
  • Access issues to a product you purchased

You must contact us at hello@victoriaellison.com within 7 days of purchase.

We will:

  • Fix the issue, or
  • Re-send the file, or
  • Re-provide access

This does not entitle you to a refund.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Delivery is considered complete when:

  • A download link is provided
  • Access is granted to a platform or portal
  • A booking or service access email is sent to the email address used at checkout

It is your responsibility to check your email and follow the access instructions.

CHARGEBACKS AND DELIVERY DISPUTES

While we have never had this occur, we take chargebacks seriously. If you initiate a chargeback claiming non-delivery without first contacting us:

  • We will provide proof of digital delivery or access
  • We reserve the right to revoke access to any products or services
  • We may refuse future service
